For the gap between knowing and doing.

Get it out of your head.
Get it moving.

Text HeyBrain, or send the whole rambling voice note. Say it badly. It keeps track of what matters, brings back the details you need, and helps you find a place to start when remembering is not the problem.

One ongoing iMessage thread. No new app to keep checking.

Time to call the vet.

Done.

Delivered

Marked complete. One less thing to carry.

6:08 PM
Text it naturally. Keep the thread. Close the loop.

You already know what matters.
That isn’t always enough.

You can know the deadline, care about the outcome, and still get stuck. The task feels too big. The day changes. The thought disappears before it becomes a plan.

HeyBrain gives you somewhere trustworthy to think out loud, keep the useful parts, and find one next move.

Less to carry

One conversation. A clearer thread.

Capture it before it disappears.

Send a clear request, a half-finished thought, or a full brain dump. Ask HeyBrain to make it a task, set a reminder, or keep it on your radar.

Change the plan without starting over.

Move the reminder. Shrink the task. Finish it. Cancel it. Ask for one first move when the whole thing feels too big.

Come back without rebuilding the story.

Ask what is due, what you were working on, or what HeyBrain has saved. It can recall saved tasks, reminders, radar items, and useful memories when you ask.

Built to tell the truth.

If it says something changed, it changed.

HeyBrain only confirms a save, change, completion, or cancellation when there is a real receipt. Talking about a task does not mark it done. It will not invent a reminder or pretend something was handled.

Ask what it remembers. Correct what is wrong. Tell it to forget something you do not want saved.

Real receipts
Confirmed saves and changes are tied to the real record.
No fake done
Talking about a task does not complete it. Partial progress stays partial.
Memory you can inspect
See what is saved, correct it, or remove it.

Why I built it

I did not need another productivity system to maintain.

I have ADHD. I built HeyBrain because I needed somewhere I could say, “This matters,” stop carrying it in my head, and trust that it would still be there when I came back.

Most tools gave me another place to organize. I needed somewhere to think out loud, keep the thread, and start again without being scolded by my own task list.

HeyBrain is not treatment, and it does not fix people. It is a practical tool for the part after you know what matters.

Questions about HeyBrain.

What is HeyBrain?

One ongoing iMessage thread for thinking out loud, keeping track of what matters, and finding a next move.

Can I just talk to it?

Yes. Not every message has to become a task. You can ask for advice, sort through a messy thought, or just say what is going on.

Is a person replying to me?

No. HeyBrain is AI. Natural conversation is part of the product. Pretending to be human is not.

Is HeyBrain only for people with ADHD?

No. It was built by someone with ADHD around problems like losing the thread, struggling to begin, and carrying too many open loops. HeyBrain does not diagnose or treat any condition.

What can it keep track of?

Tasks, reminders, softer ‘keep this on my radar’ items, and useful facts you ask it to remember.

Does it act in other apps?

No. The current beta does not send emails, book appointments, or operate other services.

Does it remember everything?

No. HeyBrain does not promise to keep every message. You can ask what it has saved, correct it, or tell it to forget something.

Will it check in with me?

Onboarding saves your preferred check-in times, but proactive check-ins are still being tested and may not be active in your beta.

Do I need an app?

You need an iPhone with iMessage. Setup happens on the web, then the conversation lives in Messages.

How much does it cost?

The private beta is free. If we introduce pricing later, you’ll get a clear choice before anything changes.

Bring the messy version

Give your brain somewhere trustworthy to put what matters.

HeyBrain is opening to a small number of people while Jonathan learns what is useful and fixes what is not. Connect one iMessage thread and use it the way you actually think.
