SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description

Hey Brain sends personal assistant SMS messages from Hey Brain users to manually approved contacts who opted in. Messages may include reminders, accountability check-ins, scheduling follow-ups, and direct user-requested outreach.

Consent To Receive Messages

Contacts receive Hey Brain messages only after agreeing to receive them through the SMS opt-in request form or after being shown the same consent language, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms & Conditions. Contacts are manually added to the Hey Brain contact list only after consent is recorded. By agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to the Hey Brain program. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on requested reminders, check-ins, and follow-ups.

Message And Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, Hey Brain will stop sending SMS messages to your mobile number unless you later opt in again.

Privacy

Hey Brain handles mobile numbers and SMS data according to the Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided for Hey Brain messages.

Changes

These SMS terms may be updated as the Hey Brain service changes. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated terms.
